Rondo

This piece is a radial design fabricated from the circular arrangement of piano keys around a glass photo enlarger lens positioned over a peacock feather. The title of the piece, “Rondo”, refers both to this circular arrangement as well as a particular kind of song I played countless times on these keys when they were still a part of the piano. What goes around, comes around.

This piece also relates to the series “Mojo Boogie”.
